Visa

Please inquire at the German Embassy, Consulate or Foreign Office if you need a visa. If you need one, please proceed as follows:

After we receive your registration form, we will send you an invitation for a language course along with the course confirmation.

You will then apply for a visa at the relevant German diplomatic mission abroad (Embassy or Consulate). You will find more information here on the visa requirements for Germany.

For this you will present the following:

1. Our invitation letter
2. Proof of health insurance
3. Proof of the ability to finance the cost of your stay in Germany. After payment of the course fees you can simply present the receipt that you receive from your bank as proof, or ask us for a receipt.

If you encounter unexpected difficulties in the issuance of your visa, we will gladly assist you.

Should your application be rejected for whatever reason, please fax us the relevant written notice from the Consulate as well as your bank details.

We will then refund the amount you paid for your course and accommodation, minus a handling fee of 150.- € . If you obtain a visa, please inform us of your exact arrival details as soon as possible.
